The education of a child occurs through a partnership among the child, the parent(s) or guardian(s), and the school faculty and staff. The educational partnership is an active process that includes sharing responsibilities, having meaningful communication, and welcoming participation. Our commitment is to ensure an effective partnership at all levels of the school division.

We understand that through this partnership, you may need to contact one of our staff members regarding an issue or concern that needs to be addressed. As part of this commitment, we should all be on the same page. The Warren County School Board recognizes the importance of being on the same page and at the April 17, 2024, meeting approved this plan. Being on the same page only strength~ our bond as partners in education and creates a welcoming environment while building trust.

As a partner, we want to reassure you that we are here to help. Please review the Same Page communication plan as well as the Who Do You Contact When You Need Assistance document. Both documents are designed to provide you with an expectation from the school division, as well as a guide to assist with getting you to the right person who may be best suited to help.
